Virtual Yoga:

Join me for a Virtual Yoga class held in our Sacred Zoom Room! To join a virtual class, you will need to install the Zoom application on your computer. All class times listed are in Central Time.   • Gentle Vinyasa: Tuesdays 8:30-9:30am

    A slow and luxurious Vinyasa flow class that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. This class is specially designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and soothe the spirit. This class is accessible for all levels.

  • Kundalini Yoga: Fridays 8:30-9:30AM

    The quintessential Kundalini Yoga experience. This class is accessible to students of all levels, whether this is your first Kundalini class, or your 100th! Kundalini practice allows for deep physical, mental, and spiritual healing as well as transformation. Each class will focus on a certain energetic benefit and include a Kriya (exercise set), Pranayama (breathing techniques), chanting, meditation, and relaxation.

  • Yoga Pilates Fusion: Wednesdays 8:30-9:30am & Saturdays 10:00-11:00am

    A challenging, active, and rewarding hybrid Yoga, Pilates, and strengthening class. Come prepared to sweat and challenge your body, and reward yourself at the end with restorative postures, and a calming savasana. Classes are accessible for all levels.
