Mat & Reformer Pilates

I specialize in both mat Pilates and reformer Pilates, each offering unique benefits to help you achieve a strong, balanced, and flexible body. With mat Pilates, you'll use your own body weight to improve your core strength, balance, and posture. Plus, with the option to use extra equipment like weights, Pilates rings, resistance bands, and more, you'll be able to customize your workout and challenge yourself as you progress.

Reformer Pilates, on the other hand, uses a specially designed machine that uses springs and resistance to provide a full-body workout. The reformer is excellent for increasing flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as improving posture, coordination, and circulation. In my classes, you'll receive personalized guidance and attention to ensure proper form and alignment, as well as challenging workouts that suit your individual fitness level.

In both private and group classes, I provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment that's suitable for all fitness levels. With private classes, you'll receive individualized attention and a tailored plan that suits your unique goals, while group classes offer a fun and supportive community of individuals who are all on the same fitness journey as you.

  • Gentle Vinyasa: Tuesdays 8:30-9:30am

    A slow and luxurious Vinyasa flow class that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. This class is specially designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and soothe the spirit. This class is accessible for all levels.

  • Kundalini Yoga: Fridays 8:30-9:30AM

    The quintessential Kundalini Yoga experience. This class is accessible to students of all levels, whether this is your first Kundalini class, or your 100th! Kundalini practice allows for deep physical, mental, and spiritual healing as well as transformation. Each class will focus on a certain energetic benefit and include a Kriya (exercise set), Pranayama (breathing techniques), chanting, meditation, and relaxation.

  • Yoga Pilates Fusion: Wednesdays 8:30-9:30am & Saturdays 10:00-11:00am

    A challenging, active, and rewarding hybrid Yoga, Pilates, and strengthening class. Come prepared to sweat and challenge your body, and reward yourself at the end with restorative postures, and a calming savasana. Classes are accessible for all levels.
